We make philanthropy an important part of our business model.
Giving back to our community has several benefits and here are just a couple of them.
First, it benefits the organization we choose to donate to, and performing a charitable act without the expectation of getting anything back in return is a worthwhile reward in itself. But also relationships are formed with potential new costumers.
Second, being charitable and engaging in giving back to our communities allows all of our employees to be involved. For example, Language Marketplace’s team members help each other with projects and award each other ‘stars’. At the end of each month the ‘stars’ are tallied and the employee with the most ‘stars’ is the winner and decides which charity they would like Language Marketplace to donate to for that month!
