Ashraf has over 25 years of experience in IT in various industries all over the world. After receiving his IT education in Abu Dhabi and Cairo, he became the IT manager for the largest privately owned real estate developer in the Middle East. While there, he managed multiple teams in multiple locations.

After moving to Canada, he worked in healthcare and with managed service providers. He joined NATIONS initially to build the IT department and was promoted to Director of IT in early 2024 after successfully helping to scale IT to manage the high volume of business.
