Alexandra Rothos is the dynamic Director of the Client Care Centre at NATIONS, where she leads project management and customer experience with unparalleled expertise. With over two decades of trailblazing in the language industry, she brings a wealth of experience in client solutions, translation, localization, and project management. Previously, she led the global service line and client solutions at Keywords Studios in Montreal, Quebec, where she was instrumental.

Before joining Keywords Studios, Alexandra held significant roles at Lionbridge, including Global Program Director and Business Unit Manager, where she honed her expertise in managing global programs and business units. Her career also includes a notable tenure at TRSB Inc. as an Account Manager and early experience in project management at Alpnet Canada.

Alexandra's educational background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor's Degree in Translation from Concordia University and an MBA from Norwich University. Her extensive experience and education make her a valuable asset in the fields of client solutions and localization.
