The Process of Getting a Project Translated with Language Marketplace

We want to make sure that when you get a project translated with us the process is seamless, easy and efficient.

Getting any project translated should be a pleasant experience and enjoyable for all parties involved.

Here is a quick glimpse on how a projects journey would be with Language Marketplace.

Types of Projects

It’s important to know exactly who we work with before submitting for a quote for your translation project.

At Language Marketplace we do not translate personal documents. Our primary focus is on business and government institutions.

If you own or operate a business or are a part of a government institution, then this is the place for you.

Getting a Project Translation Quote

Your first step is to decide what you want to get translated. Once you have made that decision you can send us an email or fax with the information below. We typically respond within 1-2 hours, however if you need to submit a larger project, please give us a call.

Projects that involve medical or legal translations, please call to speak with a coordinator to determine the best method of evaluation.

We also provide volume discounts if you require translations on an on-going basis.

Information Needed for a Translation Quote

When submitting your project via email or fax you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Document that requires translated or number of words
  • Timeline for the project
  • Language(s) to be translated – FROM and INTO
  • Geographic focus
  • Type of document (medical, legal, etc)

It is also very important to include your company information such as your address and contact information.

After the Quote is Accepted

Once you receive the quote from Language Marketplace and are ready to go ahead with the project, the process begins.

Our talented translators will take the project into their hands and get to work. A second translator will review the project and proofread to ensure quality and accuracy. Before the project is returned to you, a team leader will also review the finished project for structural integrity. This team process ensures consistency in content, form, and style of your project.

Delivery of your Translated Project

Now that your project is complete, there are several ways that you can receive the final product. You can choose to have the project to be delivered to you via email, fax courier or even regular mail. We have worked with all file formats, so it’s easy for us to send it back in the form you need.
